What can I say? I'm a 31 year old divorced mother of four, who's preparing to take a cross country road trip with all my children this summer. Oh yes, we're going to spend the summer on the road.

I've worked in sales my entire life, despite a love for anything creative. I sing, I paint and I write. I've done all three as long as I can remember. For years, my mother has been begging me to write a book about my experiences, but I find it easier to write blog posts or short columns. My attention span isn't the greatest. Squirrel! Ok, I'm back.

I found hubpages online after realizing that I could probably make some money if people actually read my posts or if I eventually (hey, it could happen) have a column published.

The way I see life is pretty unique. Not much rattles me and I find humor in just about anything. That's what having a pile of kids does. It keeps you young and humbled often. There's nothing like primping in front of a mirror and then having your six year old comment, "Mom, do you miss being skinny?"

Oh yes... Young and humble.
